Key responsibilities

• Operate professional cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, stabilizers, and related production tools.
• Plan, shoot, and produce real estate videos, property tours, lifestyle shots, interviews, and events.
• Edit interviews, meetings, corporate events, room tours, project introductions, and short-form social videos.
• Follow filming and editing trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Provide creative direction and communicate with on-camera individuals during shoots.
• Meet brand quality standards and optimize videos for short-form platform performance.
• Organize shooting schedules and logistics, and improve output using platform insights.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of photography or videography experience in Dubai, including knowledge of local shooting environments.
• Submit a sample portfolio of photography and videography work.
• Proficiency with DSLR cameras, audio recording equipment, and lighting setups.
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with popular editing styles and storytelling formats.
• Familiarity with short-video workflows for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• A valid UAE driving license and ownership of a car.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with teams and on-camera performers.
• Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is advantageous.
• Real estate shooting experience is advantageous.
