About the Role
Cartier seeks an Operations Specialist for a maternity cover role in the UAE. You will ensure operational excellence across the boutique network by maximizing product availability and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for UAE boutiques regarding stock availability, replenishment, transfers, Firm Orders and operational requests.
- Monitor operational KPIs including product availability, assortment completion, delivery lead time, open orders, Firm Order fulfilment and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate stock transfers and rebalancing initiatives across the UAE network.
- Support product launches, commercial activations, boutique openings, relocations and renovations.
- Ensure accurate execution of operational processes within SAP, including order management, invoicing, returns and stock adjustments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, operational efficiency and inventory performance.
Requirements
- Experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Retail Operations
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Analytical, customer focused and collaborative
- Knowledge of Power BI or Looker is an advantage

How Will You Make an Impact?
- As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the UAE boutique network by maximizing product availability and delivering outstanding service to boutiques and internal stakeholders.
- Acting as a trusted partner to the retail network, you will balance operational execution, inventory performance and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives and elevate the client experience.
Business & Boutique Partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact for UAE boutiques regarding stock availability, replenishment, transfers, Firm Orders and operational requests.
- Build trusted relationships with boutique teams by providing proactive operational support and ensuring timely resolution of requests.
- Proactively communicate product shortages, delivery risks and recovery plans.
- Conduct regular boutique visits to understand operational challenges, identify improvement opportunities and strengthen collaboration with the retail network.
- Partner closely with Retail, Commercial, Warehouse, Supply Planning, Finance and HQ teams to deliver seamless operational execution.
Distribution Operations & Inventory Performance
- Monitor operational KPIs, including product availability, assortment completion, delivery lead time, open orders, Firm Order fulfilment and inventory accuracy.
- Analyze inventory trends, assortment performance and operational data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Retail and Supply Planning teams to optimize assortment completion, product availability and inventory allocation.
- Coordinate stock transfers and rebalancing initiatives across the UAE network.
- Manage the end to end Firm Order process, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder follow up.
- Support product launches, commercial activations, boutique openings, relocations and renovations by ensuring operational readiness and product availability.
- Investigate recurring operational issues and implement sustainable corrective actions to improve operational performance.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate execution of operational processes within SAP, including order management, invoicing, returns and stock adjustments.
- Act as SAP Key User, supporting business users, coordinating issue resolution and contributing to testing and system enhancements.
- Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures and operational documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, operational efficiency and inventory performance.
- Support knowledge sharing and onboarding within the Distribution Operations team.
How Will You Experience Success with Us?
- You have experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Retail Operations, ideally within luxury retail or another fast paced environment.
- You are analytical, customer focused and collaborative, with the ability to build strong partnerships across functions and translate operational insights into action.
- You are proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel, while knowledge of Power BI or Looker is considered an advantage.
- Above all, you demonstrate ownership, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for delivering operational excellence.
