Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and margin targets while providing accurate sales forecasts and monitoring performance against objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fragrance clients
- Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives
- Act as main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Build and lead a Travel Retail ambassador community through training and engagement initiatives
- Recruit, monitor, and develop Fragrance Ambassadors through sales analysis and brand knowledge assessments
- Set monthly targets and manage commission and incentive schemes for ambassadors
- Identify opportunities for business growth including upselling, cross selling, and new business development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support commercial decision making
- Present new product launches, brand strategies, and value proposition to clients
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of business priorities and operational plans
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the Beauty, Fragrance, Luxury, or Travel Retail industry
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to drive sales performance
- Experience in account management, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset and problem solving capabilities
- Client centric approach with ability to work across diverse stakeholders and international environments
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

What will be your mission?
- The Key Account Manager will act as a commercial lead, supporting the Fragrance team in the execution of its strategy, sales objectives, supply flow, forecasting activities, and marketing plans.
- Achieve sales and margin targets while providing accurate sales forecasts and monitoring performance against objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fragrance clients.
- Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Build and lead a Travel Retail ambassador community through regular training and engagement initiatives.
- Recruit, monitor, and develop Fragrance Ambassadors through sales analysis and brand knowledge assessments.
