The role supports a growing Dubai real estate brokerage as it expands its operations and sales team.
The Operations and Office Manager is the operational backbone of the business and reports directly to the founder.
The position is intended for someone who wants to build an operational function rather than simply maintain one.
Compliance and Licensing
- Own RERA/DLD licensing end to end, including broker cards, Trakheesi advertising permits, and developer registration.
- Build tracking systems so that licenses, deadlines, and renewals are not missed.
Office and Vendor Operations
- Run the Dubai office, including facilities, supplies, vendors, and landlord relations.
- Manage the company card, control spending, and liaise with accountants and lawyers.
People Operations
- Screen and onboard new agents and staff, including visa coordination.
- Provide the infrastructure needed to support the brokerage's expanding sales team.
External Representation
- Represent the company professionally to clients, investors, partners, and vendors.
