Lead financial strategy, controls, reporting, and public-company readiness for a fast-scaling regulated digital asset company preparing for a US public listing.
The role is based in a digital asset hub and involves a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction structure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the path to a Nasdaq listing, including IPO and de-SPAC readiness.
- Build SEC reporting, US GAAP statements, and SOX and ICFR controls from scratch.
- Own the equity story and investor relations for analysts and shareholders.
- Set accounting policy for digital asset products.
- Oversee reserve accounting, attestation, and audit processes for financial products.
- Lead treasury, tax, risk, and financial-crime controls across jurisdictions.
- Build and lead a global finance team across accounting, FP&A, and treasury.
What you will bring
- Hold a US CPA license in good standing and have a strong Big Four audit or accounting background.
- Have experience as a CFO or Senior Finance Director within a US-listed company or an organization preparing for a US listing.
- Have hands-on experience with IPOs, de-SPAC transactions, S-1 and F-1 filings, SEC reporting, public-company readiness, and compliance.
- Have deep expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, SOX, ICFR, and public-company financial governance.
- Have built, scaled, and led high-performing finance teams through rapid growth and organizational complexity.
- Demonstrate executive presence and communication skills with Boards, investors, auditors, regulators, and senior stakeholders.
