The ELV Project Manager owns one or more live projects end to end and is expected to run a large ELV scope independently.
Project Responsibilities
- Own one or more live ELV projects in Riyadh from kickoff through final client sign-off.
- Manage security, ICT and structured cabling, AV, BMS, and integration systems delivery.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Control budgets, cash flow, variations, claims, and contractual risk.
- Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, and site teams directly.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants.
Candidate Profile
- The role requires the ability to independently manage large ELV project scopes from kickoff through handover.
- Experience across security, ICT and structured cabling, AV, BMS, and integration systems is relevant.
- Experience with Tier-1 main contractors and consultants in Saudi Arabia is identified as a market expectation rather than a stated mandatory qualification.
