About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead operations activities including people management, team performance, and client relationship management
- Plan, develop and execute operations strategies to support company objectives
- Set short term and long term direction with KPIs and provide feedback to team
- Hire, develop and motivate team members through training and coaching
- Define pest management business innovation objectives and gather ideas to grow the business
- Cooperate with Sales Manager to develop new opportunities and ensure geographical expansion
- Ensure delivered services align with Boecker standards and guarantee client satisfaction
- Set budget, review contract lists, forecast resources, and identify cost reduction areas
- Monitor yearly schedule of appointments and oversee execution to reach KPIs
- Lead Operations Units and empower them to run field operations effectively
- Oversee technicians' recruitment, training, evaluation, and rotation
- Analyze Operations reports and take appropriate action
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience, preferably 2 years in pest management at Rentokil Boecker
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Knowledgeable in reporting and monitoring with attention to details
- Effective decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Role Overview
- The Operations Manager develops and leads Rentokil Boecker operations activities at all levels: people management, team performance, client relationship management, resources optimization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Adopt Rentokil Boecker vision and lead departmental vision.
- Plan, develop and execute operations strategies.
- Set short term and long term direction with KPIs.
- Organize, delegate and follow up on departmental tasks.
- Hire, develop and motivate team members.
- Build strong relationships with management, peers and staff.
- Continuously improve department's processes and quality.
- Control data integrity on all systems and reports.
- Define pest management business innovation objectives.
- Cooperate with Sales Manager to develop new opportunities.
- Ensure geographical expansion and coverage of services.
- Promote Rentokil Boecker Pest Management and Biosecurity systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience, preferably 2 years in pest management at Rentokil Boecker.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Knowledgeable in reporting and monitoring with attention to details.
- Effective decision making and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
