360Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize overall operations.
The role coordinates Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions to support effective business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance.
- Lead and coordinate Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.
- Develop and improve operational processes and procedures.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, distribution, and demand planning.
- Track sales performance and operational KPIs.
- Align marketing campaigns with inventory and operational capacity.
- Manage suppliers against quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, lead teams, and report performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Five to eight years of experience in Operations Management or a related role.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and operations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, sales, and operational processes.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, Oud and Incense, or related sectors is preferred.
