Architectural Draftsman / Engineering Services

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman / Engineering Services professional to prepare and develop architectural drawings and plans for various projects.

The role involves translating project requirements and design concepts into accurate, detailed, and execution-ready engineering drawings, while ensuring coordination with other engineering disciplines.

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings and plans according to approved designs and project requirements.
• Translate design concepts and requirements into accurate and execution-ready technical drawings.
• Read, interpret, and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare detailed and construction drawings throughout different project stages.
• Review, update, and modify drawings based on project changes and requirements.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with other engineering disciplines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain and organize drawing files and ensure drawings are properly updated.
• Utilize engineering drafting and modeling software, including

AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MEP.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in
