Prepare and develop architectural drawings and plans for various projects.
Translate project requirements and design concepts into accurate, detailed, execution-ready engineering drawings.
Coordinate drawings with other engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and plans according to approved designs and project requirements.
- Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare detailed and construction drawings across project stages.
- Review, update, and modify drawings as projects change.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with engineering disciplines.
- Work with engineers, designers, and project teams to meet requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain organized and current drawing files.
- Use AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MEP drafting and modeling software.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture, architectural design, engineering drafting, or a related field.
- At least eight years of architectural drafting and engineering drawing experience.
- Experience producing architectural drawings from initial concepts through final detailed drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MEP.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Understanding of architectural details and multidisciplinary coordination.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in engineering offices and project environments.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
