360Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize overall operations.
The role coordinates Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions to support effective business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance.
- Lead and coordinate Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.
- Develop and improve operational processes and procedures.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, distribution, and demand planning.
- Track sales performance and operational KPIs.
- Align Marketing campaigns with inventory and operational capacity.
- Manage suppliers and ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Lead and develop teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales and marketing.
- 5–8 years of experience in Operations Management or a related role.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and operations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of supply-chain, inventory, sales, and operational processes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in retail, FMCG, oud and incense, or related sectors is preferred.
