Role Overview
The Finance Manager leads and oversees the company’s financial operations.
The role covers budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, reporting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
The position supports senior management with strategic financial decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Two to five years of relevant finance experience.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- A professional certification such as CMA, CFA, or SCOPA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts and monitor performance against them.
- Oversee financial statements and periodic financial reports.
- Monitor cash flows, expenses, and financial obligations.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and financial advisors.
- Oversee ZATCA-related obligations, financing, and credit facilities.
