Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all restaurant outlets and central kitchen facilities
- Ensure operational consistency, service excellence, and compliance with company standards and procedures
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory control, and waste reduction initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and support restaurant managers and operational teams to achieve performance targets
- Support new restaurant openings from planning and setup through launch and operational stabilization
- Develop and maintain SOPs, operational manuals, and staff training programs
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Human Resources departments
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and local legislation
- Participate in strategic planning and support business expansion initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of restaurant operations experience
- Proven GCC experience managing multi unit restaurant operations
- Strong background in fine dining restaurant environments
- Demonstrated experience in restaurant openings, operational scaling, and business growth projects
- Strong expertise in food cost control, labor management, inventory systems, and operational performance
- Experience managing large multicultural teams
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory

Qualifications & Requirements
