Role Purpose
Direct and control daily Facilities Management service delivery across sites.
Ensure MEP systems, maintenance activities and supporting services operate safely, efficiently and contractually.
Lead operational planning, budgeting, resource allocation, team performance, process improvement and stakeholder relationships.
Operational Management and Planning
- Direct planned, preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance activities.
- Monitor work orders, service requests and site activities against contractual response and resolution times.
- Develop operational plans and improve standard operating procedures, workflows and controls.
- Coordinate the transition from RFMS to AAFM while maintaining service continuity.
Budgeting and Resources
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, forecasts and expenditure.
- Identify cost-control and optimization opportunities.
- Plan manpower, equipment, materials and spare-parts requirements.
- Review procurement needs and ensure resources are available without operational delays.
