Job Purpose

  • The Operations Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the agency.
  • You will ensure that the recruitment delivery team (sourcers/recruiters) is meeting timelines, client contracts are properly managed, invoicing triggers are tracked, and internal HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Supervision: Oversee the day to day operations of the recruitment delivery cycle—from receiving a job order to candidate onboarding.
  • Process Automation & CRM: Manage and maintain agency database structures and CRM/ATS tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) to track recruiter productivity and pipeline metrics.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure all placement and hiring operations strictly adhere to UAE Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021 (UAE Labor Law) and visa processing timelines.
  • Client & Candidate Coordination: Act as an escalation point for any operational bottlenecks between clients, candidates, and internal consultants.
  • Performance Tracking: Set, monitor, and report weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team.
  • Office Administration: Manage general office administration, data safety protocols, internal documentation, and support senior leadership in daily agency management.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven operational or supervisory experience strictly within a Recruitment Agency or HR Consultancy in the UAE.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE labor frameworks, corporate licensing, and employment visa processes.
  • Tech Capabilities: Highly proficient in handling recruitment databases, ATS/CRM systems, and corporate tools (MS Office/Excel, cPanel, or digital infrastructure).
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, exceptional problem solving skills, and a process oriented mindset.
  • Communication: Flawless professional English (written and verbal). Ability to communicate in Urdu/Hindi is highly valued.
  • Availability: Candidates currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately or on short notice will be prioritized.
