About the Role
The Clean Team seeks a strategic Operations Manager to oversee centralized command, scheduling, and logistics for cleaning services in Qatar. The role involves managing field supervisors, monitoring KPIs, controlling costs, and ensuring SLA compliance from a head office.

Responsibilities
- Oversee digital scheduling and deployment of hundreds of cleaning personnel across Qatar
- Analyze seasonal demand and labor availability to forecast staffing needs
- Manage and hold accountable a team of Field Supervisors
- Monitor daily operational KPIs including on time arrival rates and service completion times
- Serve as escalation point for operational bottlenecks, client complaints, or emergencies
- Oversee central inventory control for machinery, consumables, chemicals, and uniforms
- Monitor labor costs, overtime expenses, and material consumption against project budgets
- Negotiate with local suppliers for bulk cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Manage relationships with key commercial accounts and corporate clients
- Ensure contractual SLAs are rigorously met and documented
- Monitor attendance, leave cycles, and accommodation to office transit efficiency
- Design and present weekly/monthly operational dashboards for the Board of Directors
Requirements
- Minimum 5 7 years of progressive operational management experience
- At least 3 years in a central command/office based management role within cleaning, facility management, or hospitality in the GCC
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, workforce management software, GPS tracking, and expert level MS Excel
- Exceptional remote leadership and commanding communication skills
- Perfect command of professional English
- Must currently reside in Qatar with a valid QID and willingness to transfer sponsorship

Job Description
- We are a leading, high growth cleaning services provider in Qatar, catering to premium residential, commercial, industrial, and specialized sectors.
- We are seeking a high caliber, Head Office Based Operations Manager to serve as the central nervous system of our company.
- This is a strictly desk based, executive level operational role. You will command the entire operation from our central office using cutting edge workforce management software, data analytics, and a robust hierarchy of field supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Centralized Command & Logistics Optimization: Master Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Fleet Control Collaboration.
- Performance & Quality Management: Supervisor Accountability, KPI Compliance, Incident Management.
- Financial Control & Procurement: Resource Allocation, Cost Optimization, Vendor & Supply Management.
- Client Governance & Contract Management: Corporate Client Liaison, SLA Compliance.
- HR, Compliance & Reporting: Labor Compliance, Executive Reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive operational management experience, with at least 3 years in a central command/office based management role within cleaning, facility management, or hospitality in the GCC.
