Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned supermarket and hypermarket chains from listing through ongoing performance
- Build product ranges and planograms that fit each retailer's customer profile
- Handle listing terms, rebates, promotional calendars, secondary placement, and end cap visibility
- Forecast demand, manage orders, and ensure consistent stock availability
- Track sales data store by store and adjust range, pricing, or promotions as needed
- Plan and deliver promotions within retailer mechanics and margin structures
- Provide clear, regular reporting on account performance, opportunities, and risks
Requirements
- 2–4 years in supermarket or hypermarket retail operations as category executive, range/merchandising executive, or supplier side key accounts role
- Comfortable reading sell through data and working with planograms
- Solid with Excel and able to turn sales numbers into decisions and forecasts
- Self sufficient and able to own a portfolio independently
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Based in Qatar or able to relocate
- Must have a car

Role Overview
- We are a established distributor of premium consumer goods expanding in Qatar's modern trade channel.
- We are looking for a Key Accounts Executive to own retail relationships end to end.
- This is a hands on, single owner role requiring independent management of supermarket partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Account ownership: Manage relationships with assigned supermarket and hypermarket chains.
- Range & shelf planning: Build product ranges and planograms.
- Negotiation: Handle listing terms, rebates, promotional calendars, secondary placement.
- Forecasting & replenishment: Forecast demand, manage orders, ensure stock availability.
- Sell through performance: Track sales data store by store and act on underperformance.
- Promotional execution: Plan and deliver promotions and measure return.
- Reporting: Provide regular reporting on account performance, opportunities, and risks.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years in supermarket or hypermarket retail operations.
- Understanding of buyer decision making and shelf space allocation.
- Comfortable reading sell through data and working with planograms.
- Solid with Excel and able to turn sales numbers into decisions.
- Self sufficient and able to own a portfolio independently.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Based in Qatar or able to relocate.
- Must have a car.
