- Valid, clean driver's license and own reliable vehicle

Position Overview
- Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and safety conscious On Site Operations Supervisor.
- Oversee daily field operations, ensuring exceptional service, equipment condition, and safety protocols.
- Primary on site link between field crew and office, reporting to Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Site & Staff Supervision: Oversee daily field operations, delegate tasks, ensure quality.
- Equipment Compliance: Inspect, track, maintain on site machinery and tools.
- Permit & Document Management: Secure work permits and handle documentation.
- Client Relations: Serve as primary client contact, address requests, provide updates.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce zero compromise safety culture, ensure PPE usage.
- Reporting: Maintain communication with BDM, provide operational reports and incident updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 4 years experience in industrial, construction, facility management, or field operations supervisory role.
- Must possess valid, clean driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage field staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage client expectations.
- Strong critical thinking skills for permit bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, schedule changes.
