- Manage and supervise catering staff including chefs, servers, and event coordinators
- Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower for all events
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate menu planning, food preparation, and special requests
- Oversee daily catering operations ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Manage event setup, logistics, service delivery, and breakdown
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and procurement of supplies
- Ensure events are executed on time and meet client expectations
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and tracking expenses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and event clients
- Conduct quality checks before and during events
- Maintain records of events, contracts, invoices, and reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or event management
