Job Purpose

  • Manage and oversee all catering operations including staff management, client coordination, event execution, food quality, and financial performance.
  • Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise catering staff.
  • Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
  • Communicate with clients to understand event requirements.
  • Coordinate menu planning and food preparation.
  • Oversee daily catering operations ensuring quality and food safety.
  • Manage event setup, logistics, service delivery, and breakdown.
  • Monitor inventory and procurement of supplies.
  • Ensure events are executed on time.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct quality checks.
  • Maintain records of events and contracts.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or event management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and catering operations.
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events.
