Job Overview

Daily Operations and Staff

• Oversee daily operations of assigned outlets, branches, or business units.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures, operational readiness, issues, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate operations with HR, finance, procurement, kitchen, sales, and management.
• Supervise staff, allocate manpower, prepare schedules, and monitor attendance, punctuality, performance, and discipline.
• Conduct staff meetings, communicate management instructions, identify training needs, and address employee issues with HR.

Quality and Compliance

• Ensure outlets follow company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, food quality, safety, and service standards where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality, health and safety, and other applicable regulations.
• Conduct operational inspections, prepare findings reports, and correct deficiencies.

Inventory and Cost Control

• Monitor inventory levels and stock management with procurement and store teams.
• Reduce shortages, unnecessary wastage, food and material waste, and avoidable operational costs.
• Ensure proper handling and recording of company assets, equipment, and supplies.

Customer Service and Performance

• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
• Review customer feedback and identify service improvements.
• Monitor outlet sales, operational performance, delivery platforms, promotions, and operational channels.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports and implement improvement plans for underperforming areas.
• Support sales, profitability, and operational targets.

Reporting and Maintenance

• Prepare operational reports and maintain records of staff performance, issues, maintenance, inventory, wastage, and complaints.
• Report major incidents, losses, damages, and operational concerns immediately.
• Maintain required operational documents and checklists.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, equipment uptime, workplace safety, and emergency response.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience.
• Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or service operations is preferred.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience in the dates, chocolates, and perfume industry is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of staff management, inventory control, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations or operational requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when operationally required.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000–AED 6,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work location is in person in the UAE.
