About the Role
Support the operations team with shipment tracking, courier coordination, document organization, and daily e-commerce fulfillment across Qatar and the GCC.
The role is suitable for a fresh graduate or early-career candidate interested in logistics, courier operations, and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily shipment trackers for sea freight, air freight, and express courier shipments.
- Update shipment status, ETD, ETA, and delivery progress as instructed.
- Organize customs and shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and airway bills.
- Coordinate with Aramex and FedEx for courier bookings, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Support basic courier invoice checking and shipment record updates.
- Log incoming returns and support basic return condition checks.
- Maintain organized digital records for shipping, courier, and logistics documents.
- Support daily order fulfillment and other e-commerce operations tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in logistics, courier operations, fulfillment, or e-commerce.
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
