The Role
The Operations Executive will support Partner Success by improving restaurant partner onboarding, SoftPOS adoption, and ongoing engagement.
The role involves working directly with operators and restaurant partners to deliver a smooth onboarding and usage experience.
The position includes staff training, troubleshooting, re-engagement, and partner experience support.
SoftPOS Performance Tracking
- Track the performance of restaurant partners going live on Qlub's Smart Integrated Terminal, or SoftPOS.
- Monitor adoption rates, transaction volume, and usage trends across assigned SoftPOS accounts.
- Identify and flag usage drops, non-adoption, and device issues for the Strategy team.
- Own performance tracking from partner go-live through steady-state usage.
