The Role
The Operations Intern, Pre-Onboarding will help drive growth by owning the pre-onboarding journey.
The role involves building, shipping, and delivering operational results in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment.
The intern will work with operators and partners to support payments and restaurant growth.
What You Will Own
- Own and improve day-to-day operational processes for smooth, efficient, and scalable execution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Product to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely execution of operational tasks with accuracy, quality, and scalability.
- Deliver two to three measurable process improvements that reduce workload, improve efficiency, or enhance customer experience.

- You have worked in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- You make strong decisions with incomplete information.
- You take ownership and think like an operator rather than only a coordinator.
- You are energized by problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience.
What You Will Need
- Basic understanding of operations and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality technology, or a high-growth marketplace is advantageous.
