The Role
Support qlub's Partner Success growth across restaurant accounts in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment.
Work with operators and partners to turn frictionless payment solutions into operational and commercial growth.
Portfolio Support
- Support assigned Key Account Managers with daily portfolio management.
- Act as an additional operational contact for partners under KAM guidance.
- Identify and flag usage drops, churn signals, and service issues.
Training and Engagement
- Conduct training and refresher sessions with restaurant staff.
- Run staff engagement activities to strengthen adoption of qlub solutions.
- Troubleshoot venue-level issues and coordinate with Technology and Support teams.
Monitoring and Collaboration
- Review GMV, adoption rates, and transaction trends regularly.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and surface insights to the KAM.
- Coordinate with Onboarding, Customer Support, and Technology teams on partner issues.
- Support partner meetings and QBR preparation with data and talking points.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
- 0-2 years of experience in account support, onboarding, training, or F&B or technology operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort working with performance data and building reports.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, SaaS, or technology environments is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
