- Coordinate and oversee daily supply chain and operational activities
- Manage procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution processes
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products and materials
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Track deliveries, optimize supply chain performance, and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company policies
- Prepare operational reports, inventory analysis, and performance metrics
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in the Food & Beverage Supply Chain industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Inventory Management systems
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
