- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, in store, and outdoor channels
- Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and senior management to support business growth and increase revenue
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, customer insights, and business opportunities
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics, preparing regular reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, influencers, designers, and other external vendors
- Lead the company's digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising
- Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities to enhance customer engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Master's degree an advantage
- 5–8 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the coffee and Food & Beverage industry
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a marketing team
- Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, and customer acquisition
- Experience in developing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand visibility
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to interpret marketing data and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
