Role Overview
Lead end-to-end operations of a large-scale live destination or live holiday destination.
Ensure exceptional visitor experience, operational efficiency, safety, asset performance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operations across destination facilities, attractions, hospitality, public areas, and supporting infrastructure.
- Lead facilities management, technical, engineering, maintenance, and operational service delivery.
- Establish and monitor operational standards, KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure facilities, systems, utilities, and assets operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
- Lead operational readiness, mobilisation, seasonal planning, and continuous improvement.
- Manage internal teams, contractors, operators, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, quality, and operational standards.
- Drive a high-quality visitor and guest experience across the destination.
- Provide senior leadership, operational reporting, risk management, and recommendations to executive management.
