Operations Director for Events Fabrication - Musaffah Location

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our industrial/fabrication facility in Mussafah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring timely project delivery, optimizing resources, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve business objectives.

Provide strategic and operational leadership across production, fabrication, logistics, procurement, and site operations.

Develop and implement operational plans, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives.

Ensure projects and production schedules are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and productivity management.

Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and process efficiency initiatives.

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 10–15 years of operational leadership experience within an industrial, manufacturing, steel, aluminum, modular construction, fabrication, or production environment.

Proven experience managing large teams and multiple operational functions.

Strong knowledge of production planning, facility management, procurement, logistics, and HSE requirements.

Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance, productivity, and profitability.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

UAE experience within an industrial or fabrication facility is highly preferred.

Experience managing operations within a fabrication facility in Mussafah or similar industrial zones.

Background in steel fabrication, metal works, manufacturing, joinery, modular construction, or industrial production environments.

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
