Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer emails.
- Provide service information, pricing, and recommendations based on pest issues.
- Schedule, modify, and confirm pest-control appointments.
- Resolve complaints professionally and escalate cases when needed.
- Coordinate with field technicians for timely service delivery.
- Update schedules and monitor route planning for service teams.
- Share service reports, invoices, and related documents with customers.
- Maintain customer records in CRM software.
- Prepare daily and weekly service and call reports.
- Follow up on contract renewals and unpaid invoices.
- Upsell and cross-sell services when appropriate.
- Support retention activities and collect customer feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- One to three years of customer-service experience.
- Pest-control or facilities-management experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Hindi language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

- The work location is in person.
