Role Overview
The role supervises cleaning operations and staff across multiple sites.
The position supports cleaning quality, equipment and chemical safety, reporting, compliance, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple sites.
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning and facade cleaning.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain cleaning standards.
- Ensure correct use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
- Train staff in cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and chemical safety.
- Monitor cleaning chemical and supply inventory.
- Maintain records and reports on cleaning activities, attendance, and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of industrial, commercial, and residential cleaning practices is required.
- Experience in deep cleaning and facade cleaning techniques is required.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and modern equipment is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use is required.
- Leadership, team supervision, reporting, organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
