Job Overview
Delight International Facilities Management LLC-OPC is seeking an Assistant Soft Service Manager to oversee soft service contracts, manage clients, and handle technical and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor soft service contracts and on-call services
- Manage clients and conduct periodic meetings
- Oversee contract terms and conditions
- Renew contracts and handle costing and tendering for new contracts
- Conduct technical and commercial negotiations
- Follow up on contract payments and receivable reports
- Escalate operational and financial delays to department managers
- Maintain strong internal and external communication
- Respond to clients timely and ensure weekly reports are provided
- Visit and inspect facilities provided randomly
- Monitor team performance and provide periodic reports to department managers
Requirements
- Degree holder with soft service experience and managerial skills
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate and facilities management
- Knowledge of soft service
- Knowledge of economic operation needs
- Knowledge of systems, communication, and negotiation
- Knowledge of people management, tendering, costing, and estimation
