Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, surface wiping, and litter picking.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, common areas, and utility rooms.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and follow proper waste disposal procedures.
- Maintain floors using sweepers, mops, and buffing machines.
- Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other consumables.
- Report maintenance issues, damage, and safety hazards to the Facilities Supervisor or Manager.
- Use cleaning supplies correctly and store them safely.
- Assist with deep cleaning and periodic window washing or carpet cleaning projects.
- Meet facility cleaning quality standards and respond to ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to operate floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and similar equipment.
- Good physical stamina for cleaning duties.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
