Role Overview
The Operations Associate supports day-to-day operations for a prestigious fine jewellery brand in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports operational processes, inventory management, client communication, and a consistently elevated luxury experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily business operations and coordinate administrative, operational, and logistical activities.
- Maintain fine jewellery inventory records, including movements, transfers, deliveries, returns, and replenishment.
- Conduct stock checks and assist with reconciliations and audits.
- Manage client enquiries across email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, collections, repairs, and returns with couriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with social media coordination, content scheduling, product updates, and online enquiries.
- Support sales activities by maintaining accurate product, pricing, availability, and client information.
- Assist with client appointments, product preparation, and follow-up.
- Maintain product databases, pricing information, descriptions, certificates, and documentation.
- Prepare operational, inventory, and sales reports and assist with administration.
- Uphold premium standards of presentation, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
