Role Overview
This is a hands-on Recruitment Intern role supporting an established luxury retail recruitment team in Dubai.
The team works with luxury fashion, jewellery, watches, and beauty brands across the Middle East.
The intern will work on real recruitment assignments and develop practical recruitment experience.
What You Will Do
- Research the luxury market and identify potential candidates.
- Source and approach candidates across different platforms.
- Speak with candidates and understand their experience and career motivations.
- Support the team across live recruitment assignments.
- Coordinate interviews and keep recruitment processes moving.
- Build knowledge of luxury brands, competitors, and the wider Middle East market.
- Maintain candidate information and provide day-to-day recruitment support.
- Gradually take on more responsibility as experience develops.
Candidate Profile
- Communicates confidently and enjoys speaking with people.
- Is naturally outgoing, positive, and comfortable starting conversations.
- Has a strong work ethic and takes ownership of assigned work.
- Can handle pressure and work to deadlines.
- Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Learns quickly and can work independently without constant follow-up.
- Is comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Wants to develop, take on responsibility, and build a career.
Work Environment
- This is a five-day-a-week, office-based role in Dubai.
- The role is not hybrid and requires working from the office as part of the team.
- The environment is fast-paced, demanding, and subject to changing priorities and deadlines.
