Lead technology strategy, innovation, and large-scale digital transformation across the organisation.
Operate at strategic and enterprise level with executive leadership in Saudi Arabia and across global offices.
The Role
- Shape and execute the organisation's technology vision to support growth, innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value.
- Lead AI and Generative AI strategy, adoption, use cases, and enterprise-scale implementation.
- Lead complex, large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Direct cloud architecture, adoption, optimisation, and operating models.
- Lead enterprise data strategy, platforms, governance, and value creation.
- Set enterprise architecture standards and strategic technology roadmaps.
- Establish technology governance frameworks, decision-making standards, and technology controls.
- Identify, manage, assure, and align technology risks with regulatory requirements.
- Build scalable and effective technology capabilities and operating models.
- Manage strategic technology partners, suppliers, commercial relationships, and performance.
- Work directly with senior leadership across KSA and international offices.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
- Strong track record in AI, digital transformation, cloud, and data.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and technology governance.
- Experience managing technology risk, controls, and assurance.
- Strong commercial and strategic experience with technology partners and vendors.
- Ability to influence and advise C-suite and executive leadership.
- Experience working across KSA and/or complex international environments.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
