Job Description
- As an Operations Associate at Portf.io, you will be the backbone of the client experience, managing end to end onboarding and ensuring data precision for institutional investors.
- You will troubleshoot technical issues, monitor account health, and collaborate with the engineering heavy team to automate and streamline internal processes, driving operational excellence as the company scales.
What You Will Do
- Lead the end to end onboarding of new clients, managing system configurations and executing precise data entry to ensure flawless account setups.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving technical issues and gathering insights to influence product development.
- Analyze internal inefficiencies and collaborate with the team to design, document, and implement streamlined operational workflows and procedures.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a startup environment.
- Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and high proficiency in navigating diverse software platforms to resolve complex data challenges.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and ideally has prior familiarity with private markets like PE, VC, or private credit.
