Requirements
- Proven track record of leading large scale technology transformations or organizational change within professional services, BPO organizations, or as a senior consultant at a top tier firm
- Deep domain expertise in at least one professional services vertical, with a particular interest in those who have delivered AI driven transformations in Finance, CFO, or Treasury functions
- Commercially driven leadership mindset with the ability to own revenue responsibility while maintaining a hands on approach to unblocking teams and ensuring technical excellence

Job Description
- Lead the Professional Services practice at Faculty, building a go to market strategy for major firms in law, accounting, and finance.
- You will move AI from experimental pilots to enterprise wide reality, managing multidisciplinary teams of PhD calibre engineers.
- This role balances high level strategic advisory with the hands on delivery of production grade software in complex, regulated environments.
