- Oversee omnichannel payment control including salaries, overtime, and commissions
- Manage outsource companies' relations and payments
- Prepare and submit operational incentive data
- Review financial reports for utilities and manage loss prevention activities
- Administer the duty and attendance system (workforce management system)

- Bachelor's degree
- 2 3 years of related experience
- Highly skillful in Excel
- Proficiency in English and Arabic

Overview
- Manages all activities related to operational and polyclinics payments, duty/attendance system, and polyclinics inventory control.
Accountabilities
- Manages polyclinic inventory management to ensure best items availability.
- Ensures storekeepers apply standard processes and SLA.
- Accountable for fulfilment of polyclinics item requests within SLA.
- Responsible for non medicine items purchasing from supplier registration to payment.
- Leads communications with commercial and supply chain for medicine items.
- Weekly fulfilment for consumable items to all clinics.
- Improves clinic stock on hand accuracy.
- Collaborates with stock team in annual financial stock count.
- Tracks items shortage and shares with stakeholders.
- Manages initiatives for accurate salaries payment in right time.
- Provides payroll team with periodical approved data about duties, absence days, overtime.
- Responds to claims of inaccuracy from operational leaders.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 3 years of related experience
- MS Office Suite – Highly skillful in Excel
- English
- Arabic
Work Environment
- Indoors: 70%
- Outdoors: 30%
- Working Days: 5 Working Days
- Days off: 2 Days Off
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
