Role Overview
The company is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to manage financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, monitor cash flow, and provide financial insights to management.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial records and day-to-day finance processes.
- Prepare P&L, cash flow, and management reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and cash flow.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
- Prepare financial analysis and insights for management.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with accounting or financial systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
