Full Job Description
- Act as the Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between clients and Infibiz, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate Client Meetings and Communications: Schedule and organize client meetings, calls, and appointments. Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, or in person.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Ensure all client information is up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments to meet client needs and resolve any issues effectively. Facilitate smooth coordination between teams.
- Administrative Support: Provide support to the sales and client management teams. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
- Monitor and Track Projects: Oversee client projects to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables are on track. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Look for opportunities to upsell or cross sell products and services to existing clients. Propose relevant solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Client Feedback and Improvement: Conduct client satisfaction surveys and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement. Address client complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client management or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
