- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads related to company formation and business setup
- Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business setup options
- Explain trade license types, visa packages, and compliance requirements clearly to clients
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build strong, long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth company formation and client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, and conversions in CRM systems
- Stay updated on UAE business laws, free zone regulations, and new licensing offers
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales within a business setup or company formation consultancy in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and licensing options
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target driven mindset with a proven ability to close deals
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Role Overview
- As a Business Setup Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for converting leads into clients by providing professional consultation on UAE company formation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads related to company formation and business setup.
