- Coordinate with Free Zone and government authorities to streamline business setup procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Analyze client needs, formulate solutions, and deliver concise, strategic business reports.
- Assist clients with license applications and documentation, explaining each step clearly.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Setup Consultant or Company Formation Specialist in the UAE.
- Experience with DED and Free Zone authorities is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with proven sales record.
- Must have worked in business setup consultancies in the UAE.

Job Description
- We are seeking a Female Business Setup Consultant with strong industry experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping entrepreneurs build their future in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a database of qualified leads for new company formations and business setup.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations; negotiate and successfully convert leads to sales.
- Guide clients on business structures, licensing options (Mainland vs. Free Zone), and UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with Free Zone and government authorities to streamline business setup procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Analyze client needs, formulate solutions, and deliver concise, strategic business reports.
- Assist clients with license applications and documentation, explaining each step clearly.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of UAE company formation, licensing types, and regulatory processes.
- Represent INFIBIZ at networking events and in client facing meetings with professionalism.
- Contribute to marketing efforts through content, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with Free Zone partners and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements to management.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Setup Consultant or Company Formation Specialist in the UAE.
- Experience with DED and Free Zone authorities is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with proven sales record.
- Confident in handling objections and offering practical business solutions.
- Energetic, self driven, and results oriented with a customer first approach.
- Ability to build long term client relationships and deliver consistent service excellence.
- Must have worked in business setup consultancies in the UAE.
