Overview
- Oversee and manage all quality assurance and inspection activities on offshore projects, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and international standards like ISO
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship at various stages of offshore construction and installation, identifying and documenting any non-conformances.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection test plans (ITPs), tailored to specific project requirements and risk assessments.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
