- Prepare daily progress reports and field engineer reports
- Identify potential delays or risks and communicate to stakeholders
- Manage as built documentation and coordinate with engineering teams

Responsibilities
- Review project mobilization plans, technical scope, and procedures to ensure smooth execution of offshore construction activities.
- Coordinate construction readiness by ensuring availability of equipment, construction aids, materials, consumables, and manpower resources.
- Plan and monitor daily construction activities to ensure timely completion in line with project schedules and technical requirements.
- Allocate tasks to foremen and supervise work progress, quality, and compliance with approved procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical and execution issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports, field engineer reports, and monitor offshore installation activities.
- Identify potential delays or risks and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper management of as built documentation and coordination with engineering teams.
- Support project completion activities, including site certification, close out documentation, and lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, integrity requirements, and project objectives.
