- Follow departmental policies, processes, and SOPs to ensure consistent work
- Lead logistics and supply chain instructions to ensure controlled work
- Certify condition of received products to ensure integrity
- Conduct strategy meetings with supply chain team to review workloads
- Pick, pack, stage, and load orders; prepare documentation for incoming products
- Review and verify data entered on SAP and paper systems
- Coach and train lower level jobs on simple tasks
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist in preparing timely and accurate supply chain reports
- Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration or equivalent
- 0 3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience

Key Responsibilities
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions.
- Follows the day to day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
- Leads all relevant Logistics & Supply Chain instructions.
- Certifies that the condition of the products received are being checked.
- Conducts strategy meetings with the supply chain team members.
- Leads the supply chain team members within the site.
- Picks, packs, stages and loads order movements and prepares documentation.
- Reviews and verifies the data entered on SAP and paper systems.
- Coaches and trains lower level jobs on simple tasks.
- Contributes to identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assists in preparation of timely and accurate reports of Supply Chain.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies.
Qualifications
- BSc. in Business Administration or equivalent with preferably a masters.
- 0 3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
