- Coordinate between marketing and other departments
- Apply purchase requisitions in Oracle and submit documents for payment processing
- Assist in preparation, coordination, and follow up of reports from Marketing Managers
- Track Apparel Group and competitor advertisements
- Schedule internal communications including announcements, sales, and new store openings
- Maintain schedule and mall permits for photographer
- Coordinate with brands and accounts team to ensure LPO is raised
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure marketing agreements are signed off
- Share marketing expense report with HOD periodically
- Liaise with stakeholders for new vendor registration and timely payment
Requirements
- 5 7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related field
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques, and branding strategies

Overview
- Responsible for undertaking all coordination work between marketing and all other departments. Working directly under the Marketing Manager to assist in all given tasks.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth processes with regards to new systems/practices for marketing team (Oracle, Daily Huddle, Timely submission of Execution Reports).
- Help with productive functioning of marketing department by organizing meetings, delegation and HODs when required.
- Applying purchase requisition in Oracle for marketing team and submitting documents to Accounts department for payment processing.
- Assist in preparation, coordination, collection, and follow up of reports from Marketing Managers.
- Tracking both Apparel Group and Competitors advertisements.
Other Responsibilities
- Scheduling Internal Communications Announcements, Sales and Opening of new stores.
- Follow up reports for entire GCC & store count on monthly basis.
- Maintaining schedule and Mall Permits for the photographer.
- Co ordinate with Brands and accounts team to ensure LPO is raised.
- Co ordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all marketing agreements are in place and signed off.
- Ensure to share marketing expense report with HOD periodically.
- Liaison with all stakeholders for new vendor registration and timely payment.
- Co ordinate to ensure all marketing related activities payment is done on time.
Desired Experience
- The ideal Officer Marketing should have 5 7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques, and branding strategies.
