About the Role

- Supervise activities of the Island Fire Training Centre and ensure training meets standards.
- Assume incident commander duties during emergencies until relieved.
- Prepare training aids and present emergency response training for Fire Service personnel.
- Conduct daily inspections of ADNOC Offshore facilities for HSE compliance.
- Supervise testing and maintenance of major firefighting vehicles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 6 years of experience in Fire Fighting/Protection within the oil industry
- Watch Commander Level and Fire Service Instructor certification
- Proficient in English

Job Purpose
- Responds on a 24 hour basis to Fire, Hydrocarbon and Toxic Gas Release, Rescue and Fire Loss Control related situations pan Island. Prevents and minimizes loss of life and property damage.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervises the activities of the Island Fire Training Centre.

- Conducts daily inspections of ADNOC Offshore facilities for HSE compliance.
- Supervises testing and maintenance of major firefighting vehicles.
- Reviews and develops departmental emergency procedures and training manuals.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelors Degree.
- 5 6 years of experience in Fire Fighting/ Protection within the oil industry.
- Watch Commander Level and Fire Service Instructor or equivalent.
- Proficient in English.
