Overview

Our client, an international company, is looking for an

Office Support Supervisor

The Office Support Supervisor – HR & Administration is responsible for managing HR operations, administrative support, and coordinating accounting-related activities to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with labor regulations.

The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate HR and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR data management (contracts, leave, payroll, evaluations)
  • Labor compliance, employee relations, and workplace improvement
  • Cash requirement requests to regional office (Dubai)
  • Preparation and submission of payment vouchers and travel expenses for staff
  • Coordination with banks for matters related to payments and bank transfers
  • Preparation and submission of monthly payment summaries to internal and external accounting teams
  • Communication with external providers such as law firms, tax consultants, and banks
  • Branch accounting management, tax calculations, and submission of related data to consultants
  • Management of employee benefits in compliance with labor laws (housing allowance, health insurance, transportation allowance, etc.)
  • Air ticket issuance, hotel reservations, and creation/management of agendas for business travelers and guests
  • Preparation for internal and/or external audits
  • Support for company branding activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in HR operations, administration, and accounting support, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and financial coordination
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
