- Manage the daily operations of the Under Secretary's Office, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and execution of all activities
- Coordinate executive calendars, high level meetings, official visits, and complex schedules
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, talking points, and correspondence for senior leadership
- Monitor strategic priorities and ensure timely follow up on action items across multiple departments
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior government officials and strategic partners
- Review, prioritize, and track incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution
- Support the preparation of executive committee meetings, leadership forums, and official engagements
- Maintain confidentiality while handling highly sensitive information and executive documentation
- Drive continuous improvements in office operations, governance, and executive support processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related discipline
- 8 10 years of experience, including at least 6 years supporting C level executives, CEOs, Deputy Ministers, or equivalent senior leadership
- Exceptional organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience within UAE Government or semi government sector is highly preferred

Job Summary
