Role Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee office operations and support the execution of key operational initiatives under the direction of the CEO.
- This role will ensure the office runs efficiently while coordinating across departments to support operational priorities, manage vendors and facilities, and drive administrative excellence.
- The ideal candidate is structured, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with direct exposure to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day operations of the office to ensure an efficient and well organized working environment.
- Manage office facilities, maintenance, and workplace services.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Monitor office budgets related to supplies, services, and operational needs.
- Act as a coordination point between departments to support operational execution.
- Follow up on operational tasks and ensure alignment across teams when needed.
- Support internal initiatives and projects assigned by the CEO.
- Assist in tracking action items from leadership discussions and operational meetings.
- Ensure the office environment supports productivity, collaboration, and employee experience.
- Coordinate office improvements, renovations, or workspace planning when needed.
